inspection report 257700 High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the plate/gauge showed 84C Bleach used as approved sanitizer/ measured in the spray bottle to be at 100ppm concentration Daily logs are available At least one certified food handler available on site Angela, GM, informed me that they will not be providing/preparing or serving any food to children from March 31, 2023. The permit to operate will be cancelled at that time.
