Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich ingredients stored above 4C in the right side prep cooler for 2 hours. Temperatures ranged from 10-16C. It was found that the cooler was not plugged in.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all affected food items. Ensure that the ambient temperature inside the cooler has reached 4C or less before storing perishable foods in it. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available at dispenser and buckets with wiping cloths
- Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
