Hand washing sink adequately supplied. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - QUATs dispenser at 200ppm. QUATs surface sanitizer readily available and registering at 200ppm. Bakery cooler at or below 4C. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer at or below -18C. Food stored off the floor. General sanitation and maintenance of premises is satisfactory. Employee hair covered and in uniform. Note: Ice build up on floor of walk-in freezer - ensure cause is resolved to prevent further condensation.
