The following items have been observed: --> Paper towel in container / dispenser is noted in each customers / staff washroom. --> Dust has been removed from fan cover. Fan covers in walk-in cooler are now in sanitary condition. --> Paper towel dispenser at handsink (across from stock burners) has relocated to above sink. * Health approval is not given at this time. For follow-up inspection: 1. Mildew is still noted in ice machine. Clean and sanitize ice machine. 2. Facility is a hot pot place that will constantly refill customer's pots with chicken broth. Only 3 thermos are observed in facility for a 78 seat facility. Operator indicated delivery is coming later today. Ensure thermos are available for the operation. 3. Plastic jugs (around 25) are observed in walk-in cooler. These jugs are previously used to refill chicken broths. As agued with operator, after reviewing history from other locations, plastic jugs are now used for special drinks. However the beverage cooler is not big enough to have 25 + jugs in. Remove the rest of the pastic jugs from facility.
