General sanitation is good. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Food probe thermometers are accurate and are stored in sanitizer solution. Concentration of sanitizer (quats) is satisfactory. Wiping rags are single used then laundered.. No concerns noted with foodhandling procedures. Temperature of refrigeration units and dishwashers are satisfactory. Records are kept and available for review. No concerns noted at the satellite serveries- 1st floor Camilia and Primrose, 2nd floor Dogwood/Trilium.
