General comments:
- Handsinks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 100ppm chlorine detected in spray bottles
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface
- All coolers measured <4C
- All freezers measured <-18C
- Temperatures of coolers checked twice daily by staff
- Utensils are stored in a sanitary manner
- Discussed end-of-the day cleaning procedure with manager
- Foods are stored off of floor (on pallets)
- Discussed pest management with manager (the bottom of the doors in the back storage area is blocked with a wooden block to prevent pest entry)
- No rodent infestation noted at the time of inspection

Require correction:
- Ensure that sanitizer in the red buckets is switched out consistently & frequently so that there is always adequate level of chlorine concentration for the duration of the operation.
