- Front hand sink fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - All display coolers and walk-in cooler <4 degrees Celsius. - Chest freezer <-18 degrees Celsius. - Bleach sanitizer available. - Bandsaw cleaned every hour with 100 ppm bleach solution. - No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection. - Overall cleanliness satisfactory. - Pickles (achar) purchased from Taj Sweets. Operator informed that they removed the rotisserie chicken unit in 2014 sometime and have not sold cooked chicken since. They will decide if they want to sell cooked chicken in the future. New Application for Health Approval form and Request for Refund form provided to operator. Due to technical difficulties, the printed copy of report to be hand delivered tomorrow June 29, 2016.
