Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -19C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter coolers were at 3C.
-Counter top cooler was at 3C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 3C and 4C.
-Raw eggs stored at room temperature with a time tracking stickers. Eggs which are not used within 2 hours are discarded.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Soups cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 74C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours. Quats were at 200ppm.
-3-compartment sink Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Ice Capp attachments sanitized after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control on a monthly basis. October 2021 report indicated minor fly activity. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until June 08, 2026.
