Food items in the walk-in cooler were covered. Food contact surfaces (prep tables, etc) and equipment surfaces (cooler door handles, etc.) were clean and not greasy. Code 306 corrected. Kitchen floor (underneath equipment - ice machine, dishwasher, prep tables) has been clean (grime and debris removed). Clean these areas on a regular basis to avoid heavy build up. Ensure to follow your Sanitation Plan for cleaning. Still outstanding: -Continue to organize the dry storage area up stairs -Fume hood to be serviced (scheduled for Aug. 16, 2018) -Decal for this year not yet received (health permit fee paid)
