Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: --> Storage room floor + wall were cleaned to remove pop syrup spill/splatter. --> Hot dog roller has been removed from premises. Storage room has also been organized and additional items not required for the premises were removed. --> Thermometers have been supplied to all coolers. Additional items which were completed: --> flooring tile by ATM which was missing has been replaced. --> Operator has verified that a contract is in place for cleaning/maintenance of slurpee machines (with DL Beverage). --> Manual cleaning, sanitizing sign posted as reference for bulk candy scoops. Bleach present for sanitizing step. Plugs/stoppers present for sink compartments. --> Operator has contacted Pest Control company to arrange for monthly service contract.
