Observation: Lack of staff hygiene noted.
Correction: No one is properly washing hands. (ie: hot/cold running water - single use towels/liquid soap supplied at handsinks?)
Comments

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Manual Dishwashing/Spray bottle sanitizer: To be conducted as per policies and procedures.
- Use 200ppm Quats solution and make as per manufacturer's instructions. Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours. Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily. Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Sanitation: Facility is clean and organized.
- Sanitary Facilities: A proper handwash station has been upgraded inside the deli prep area. (ie: conveniently located/accessible) Liquid soap/single use towels, in dispensers, now provided at handsink!
- Staff Hygiene: Employees are to wash hands on a regular basis. (ie: liquid soap/single use towels - hot/cold running water)
