Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods in cooler measured at about 50C, and were recently placed inside.
Corrective Action(s): Foods must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and from 20-4C in 4 hour or less. Use ice baths and/or ice wands to achieve this.

Corrective Action(s): Use a solution of 1tbsp bleach in 4L of water for a 100ppm solution. New solution made at time of inspection.
