Observations:
Refrigerator was below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer was -14 degrees Celsius.
Refrigerator and freezer were equipped with thermometers.
Reviewed temperature logs.
Food storage practices were good.
General sanitation was good.
Hand sink was stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Bleach sanitizer (spray bottle): 200ppm chlorine
Low temperature dishwasher had a chlorine sanitizer concentration of at least 100ppm after the final rinse.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.

Recommended to operator to get an additional or larger drying rack for dishes and utensils. Dishes and utensils are further air dried after they come out of the dishwasher, before they are put away or used..
