Observation:
- Live cockroach captures observed from the glue trap placed underneath the 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s):
- Replace the glue boards. Clean & sanitize the whole kitchen (floors, walls, pipes, equipment (doors), storage area, shelving racks etc.

- Mould observed from the handsink next to the 2 compartment sink.
- Water pooling observed on the kitchen floor.
- Grease & food debris observed underneath the microwaves.
- Sink knobs, equipment doors / handles feel greasy to touch.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean areas noted above.
- Ensure to wipe up any spills on the floor immediately.

Observation:
- Main stand-up main cooler is broken. No food is stored inside at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
- Operator stated that they have ordered less food from the central kitchen to accommodate less cooler storage space. Operator confirmed that technician is coming in today. There are one prep cooler, 1 domestic fridge and 1 extra mini cooler available in the premises. Ensure to serve reduced menu items until the cooler is fully repaired.
