Area next to employee washroom -the hallway, back room and stairwell has been completely cleared and cleaned -a multi-level wired shelf has been added for the foods and more shelves will be purchased Spice Section has been completely cleared, organized and cleaned -all goods off the floor at least 15cm -area cleaned and appears disinfected -no rodent droppings observed Spice Section okay to re-open -operator indicates no additional droppings observed after the first day of cleaning -Atlas Pest Control coming in later in the week -operator to email over the work report -Upstairs storage areas is about 70% cleaned and organized -some shelves are yet to have the lowest level adjusted >15cm
