Observation: Double glass door fridge lacked a thermometer.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: 1)Dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine after the final rinse (50-100ppm required) and no test strips were available on site. This is a continual repeat infraction, increased enforcement may result should this continue including a possible ticket of at least $230 per infraction. Unit could not be primed/repaired during inspection.
2) Sanitizer bottle had an excessive amount of bleach in it (solution bleached out strip). Only 100ppm is required.
Correction: 1)Dishes can be washed in the dishwasher but must be manually sanitized until dishwasher is repaired. Repair dishwasher so that it can consistently maintain 50-100ppm chlorine at all times. Obtain test strips for daily monitoring.
2) Solution changed during inspection. Review with staff proper mixing instructions.

Note: Premise building has been physically moved and reconnected to city services, no changes to premise done. New premise inside new terminal is in the planning stage. Submit floor plans for health review for proposed premise before any construction is started.
