Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C. -Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. -200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. -Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. Bleach available. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. NOTE: Ensure to have all newspapers removed from the shelves. NOTE: Ventilation canopy hood to be serviced next week. NOTE: Stand up freezer, front display cooler, prep cooler not in use at this time. No foods are stored in these units. Technician is to come for the prep cooler next Tuesday.
