Reviewed professional pest control report. Report states: no further pest activity. Corrective Action(s): Please clean up rodent droppings and remove snap traps as there is peanut butter, which can attract ants. Report any new droppings to pest control company when spotted. Main kitchen and 2 serving kitchenettes inspected. - Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels - All coolers measure 4C and below - All freezers measure -18C and below - High temperature dishwasher measure 71C and above - No hot holding at time of inspection - Temperature logs for freezers, coolers, hot holding are in place. - QUAT sanitizer measure 400ppm at dispenser - Staff has valid FOODSAFE certificate, manager tracks all the expiry dates on an excel sheet. - Ventilation is well maintained, no grease accumulation observed Note: - Please ensure staff are aware of the difference between the soap dispenser and sanitizer dispenser >>> Please ensure they understand to use the soapy water when surfaces are very dirty and greasy and must do another wipe down with sanitizer. - Ice machine observed to have very minor grime/mildew growth >>> Please clean and sanitize ice machine
