Observation: a) Live cockroaches found in the kitchen behind the knife holder and around the electrical outlet. Dead cockroaches found in sticky traps and in the cupboards adjacent to the stove.
b) New droppings found in the storage room. Dead mouse found in a trap in the kitchen cupboard.
Corrective Action(s): a & b) Cleaning started during the inspection.
b) Pest control is coming on site, however, more needs to be done.

Observation: Cupboards in the kitchen are unclean and have food debris in them, as well as some droppings and dead cockroaches.
Corrective Action(s): Clean today and subsequently clean weekly.

Comments

The following action must be taken:

-Clean the entire kitchen and storage area at least on a weekly basis.
-Remove all unused equipment and food items regularly.
-Keep all food items that are not in cans in sealed, pest proof containers when they are not in use.
-Ensure that all entry points are sealed and that doors to the exterior seal properly with door sweeps.
