Follow up inspection to report #256129. - Operator must install additional mouse traps (ie. Tin Cat live Mouse Traps) inside the kitchen. This will be verified during the next routine inspection. - Prorated permit fee of $37.50 for January to March 2023 must be paid to the billing department. Health approval to operate granted at the time of the inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies.
