Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A few bags of seasoning powder and chicken powder were observed open by rat activity downstairs storage area -the contaminated foods were separated from the other foods but not thrown out (pictures taken)
Corrective Action(s): Discard ANY pest contaminated foods immediately

NOTE: do not use public food bags as bait for the rodents -let your professional pest control handle this

Observation: -Some open bulk foods observed: rice and chocolate powder in upstairs kitchen

-evidence of rodents in the downstairs storage areas -lightly packaged foods not adequately protected
Corrective Action(s): -Once bulk foods are opened place in rodent proof containers

-As there is evidence of rats in the downstairs storage area keep ALL lightly packaged foods (ie. paper, soft plastic, nylon) stored on the shelves in rodent proof containers with lids snapped tight. You will need to closely inspect the palletized foods for any contamination as rats can easily gnaw through the shrink wrap, cardboard boxes and plastic inner food packaging.
