Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. Records kept up to date.
-200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
-3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-General food storage practice good throughout. Good employee hygiene observed.
-Back storage area satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

NOTE: Remove the ice build-up from the bottom surface of the stand up freezer.

Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition.
