Observation: 1. Poison appears to be used for pest management (green crystals noted on the floor next to cooking line).
2. Rice scoop is noted in stagnant water.
3. Handle for scoop in dry goods containers touching the food.
4. Ice scoop handle is touching the ice.
5. Open cans of dry goods in containers.
6. Double stacking of foods in cooler observed without proper lid.
7. Foods (ie. oil, buckets, etc.) are noted storing at cooking line, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezers.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use bait/poison in food facilities. It is not allowed.
2. Store rice scoops in empty containers or in ice bath.
3/4. Ensure all scoop handles is facing upward, and not touching the food.
5. Transfer open cans (ie. oyster sauce, bbq sauce, etc.) in food grade containers.
6. Do not double stack unless proper lid is used.
7. Foods must be stored at least 6 inches above ground.

It is indicated some foods are made here and transport to the Vancouver location. As this facility is at storage capacity, it is not allowed to prepare food for other location (s). No transportation of foods is allowed also, without proper transportation procedures.
