General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 704ppm lactic acid - if reusing quat spray bottles for lactic acid sanitizer, label properly
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- bar glasswasher dispensed 12.5ppm iodine
- utensils hot held in water >60C - reminder that utensils and container must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours
- facility is switching over from previous pest company to Orkin
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requiremens met
- FoodSafetyMarket does not appear to be a FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent as per BCCDC equivalency document dated February 2020
