Routine inspection: coffee bean roasting, grinding (if required), then packaging. Premise also packages tea leaves (blend if required). General sanitation is satisfactory. All food products stored on pallets or shelves. Screens in place for bay doors that are left open. Pest control services in place. A handwashing station is available in the tea tasting/R&D room. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Ensure staff wash hands prior to putting on gloves for packaging of biscotti and short bread made at Victoria location. Reminder to use a food contact surface sanitizer solution (200ppm quats or 100ppm bleach) on the table used for packaging the dry products.
