Observation: Rodent (mouse) activity noted. Droppings observed along floor in kitchen area. Some activity may be artifacts, some look current. Expandable foam and in some areas steel wool observed in others. Many gaps and holes plugged.
Note:
- Gaps observed around plumbing conduits into walls at handsink. Droppings noted in this area, including adjacent shelves.
- Expandable foam eaten away at dishsink area and behind upright freezers.
Corrective Action(s): Target identified activity areas for enhanced trapping and access control. Recommend adding steel wool to the expandable foam as added barrier.
Have Pest Control visit and apply control measures with recommendations. Follow recommendations.
Clean up all droppings and monitor for preferred pathways of movement to apply further controls and/or elimination of access points.
