Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. At the time of inspection, operator changed QUATs sanitizer bucket and spray bottle to measure at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Under counter cooler, walk-in cooler, beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 78C. Ice machine and fountain drink machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be stored outside of ice machine. Pest control company comes in on a monthly basis. Last pest report conducted on October 11, 2022 indicated no pest issues. No pest activities observed at the time of inspection. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
