Follow-up to inspection conducted on February 13, 2020 (Report MLOO-BLRQNV) - Containers of tea leaves covered with a cloth. Ensure tea leaves are sealed with a tight fitting lid. Other food containers are properly covered. - Knives, chopping block area, and bulk food scoops are maintained - Cleaning has been done in noted areas - Ensure temperatures are recorded for each individual cooler and freezer. Dishwasher logs are maintained.
