At the time of the inspection, I learned that we have change of ownership at this location. However, we did not receive the application form for change of ownership. This information will be shared with Tobacco officer. You will need to submit the new application form that will reflect this change/ as a new contact. - done at the time of inspection
Ensure to provide the following at the customer's area:
- head wash station must be supplied with disposable paper towels and liquid soaps at all times - corrected at the time of inspection
- use approved bleach solution to clean food contact surfaces/ and pop machine - owner already use this as approved cleaning/sanitation procedure
Janitorial facility need to be reorganized at the back /storage area. Please remove all unused/old equipment and tools from this area - to be done by our next inspection , 2017
Public washroom is very well maintained.
The following will need you attention now:
- all equipment/coffee machines/ need to be washed and sanitized as per Food Safe premises regulation ( wash/rinse and sanitized ). So, 2 compartment sink will be required to be installed. At the frot customer area you only have one sink/hand sink, that you are using for washing all food equipment. This need to be done by end of July, 2017.
