Handsink has hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. walk in cooler at 3C Reviewed production, cleaning and sanitizing procedures with Operator at the time of the inspection. Peracetic acid solution used to sanitize brewery equipment. Pest control is in place.
