Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Open sandwich cooler had ambient temperature measured >10'C. Staff had advised the cooler goes through a defrosting cycle twice a day. Pizza sub was probed and internal temperature was measured at 4.7'C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor the temperature of cooler. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at or below 4'C at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station at front adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at or below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at or below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Bleach available for use. 200ppm chlorine should be prepared in a labelled spray bottle for disinfection of surfaces as discussed at this time.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom handsink

Facility maintained in sanitary condition.
