Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop fully submerged in ice machine. Staff were notified and put the scoop for dishwashing and educated them to keep scoops in a sanitary manner outside of the ice.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner. Scoop handles are not to be submerged in the food product and ice

No event preparation occurring at the facility today.

-Hand wash stations (kitchen and bar) are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C. Food storage is satisfactory.
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Food contact sanitizer, both QUAT and bleach solution are available for use
-High temperature dishwasher to be tested at the next inspection
-Bar area is maintained in a sanitary manner
-No signs of pest activity
