Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BKZUVP: - Mouse droppings have been removed and cleaned in the following areas: - in the mechanical room - around the water heater - behind the chest freezers - behind the upright freezer - underneath the shelving rack along the back wall of the kitchen - The operator must continue with monthly pest control inspections by a professional pest control company, as per the approved Sanitation Plan. Monthly pest control reports must be available for review by the health inspector. - General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned: - behind the chest freezers - behind the upright freezer - underneath the shelving units in the dry storage room - on sliding doors of the upright cooler - underneath the sinks - Continue to implement a regular cleaning schedule, particularly in hard to reach areas (ie behind freezers).
