Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a large bucket of cooked noodles at room temperature and bean sprout bucket stored on the floor with no cover -operator indicates both have been sitting out there since 11am (>2 hours)
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the noodles and sprouts

These are perishable foods and may only be stored at room temperature for less than 2 hours

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Bowls used for bulk foods
-a few vegetable containers double stacked in the Walk-in cooler
-A bag of open flour stored next to cleaning chemicals downstairs
-A few open cans of food stored in the 2-door display fridge
Corrective Action(s): -Use scoopers -handle up out of the food
-No double stacking of foods without a barrier inbetween
-Discarded the flour -do not store foods next to cleaning chemicals -keep cleaning chemicals down and away from foods
-Discarded the open cans of food in the fridge -once food cans are opened transfer leftovers to a washable container

Observation: Pest control reports from previous months indicate cockroach and rodent activity.

A few dead cockroaches observed in the storage room next to the top of the stairs
Corrective Action(s): Have your pest control come in for an update and email me a copy within the week.

-Water pooling downstairs storage area -leaks present
Corrective Action(s): Keep the screen door closed at all times -recommend using a heavy duty closing mechanism for the door

-Repair the leaks downstairs -no standing pools of water allowed

Observation: -Under the stoves there is an accumulation of grease and food debris
-dead cockroaches observed in storage room at the top of the stairs
-downstairs there is a leak and water pooling

Operator is using <50% of seating capacity -tables are at least 2 meters apart, Menus are cleaned and sanitized between each customer
