Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives for Produce Department were not in sanitary condition. Knives were not properly washed and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure knives get washed and sanitized daily after use. Advised to clean knives at the dishwasher (for bulk food bin and scoop cleaning).

Corrective Action(s): Remove fallen debris and clean the hard to reach areas periodically. Given 2 days to correct.
