2. Bowl of minced garlic was stored on top of dirty dishes in the two compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cut raw meat away from dishwasher.
2. Move the minced garlic away from dirty dishes.
Do not store or process any food near dirty areas such as the dishwasher or in the sink when there are dirty dishes in it.
