Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bagged milk in walk-in cooler across from staff washroom noted at 7C. Perishable drinks in sliding door soda cooler noted at 10C. Potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or below to prevent the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. Operator moved bagged milk to a working cooler at 4C or below and perishable drinks to the neighboring standing drinks cooler at 4C or below. Bagged milk and perishable drinks were stocked less than 2 hours ago for the lunch rush.
