Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. Do not use the handwashing sink for warewashing. This is designated for handwashing purpose only. Use the two compartment sink for warewashing.
- Two compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach solution. Two compartment dishwashing method poster provided for reference.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Downstairs storage room only contains dry foods/containers. No working coolers/freezers for any perishable food items.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is conducted through the mall.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers (undercounter, prep, upright) at < or = 4C
- Thermometers available in all other refrigeration units.
- One chest freezer = -18C.
- Daily temperature log is available and kept up to date. Missing actual temperature reading. Ensure that the actual temperature of coolers/freezer is logged.
