Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Final rinse on dishwasher initially too low at approx. 25ppm chlorine. Once container was changed and unit primed the final rinse was recorded at approx 70ppm chlorine.
Glasswasher not dispensing and chlorine in final rinse. Glasswasher is closed and cannot be used until repaired and is dispensing a minimum of 50ppm in final rinse.
