Continuation of routine inspection Facility does small amount of repackaging of goods. 2 compartment sink supplied with liquid soap, hot/cold running water **Paper towel dispenser was taken down for repainting. Please have reinstalled **Signs for manual ware washing were given at time of inspection. You must have bleach at the sink available for employee use at all times. - use 1 Tbs of bleach for each 1 gallon of water in sanitizing sink - all food contact utensils are to be washed, rinsed, then soaked in bleach solution for 2min. Air dry on a drying rack as per instructions on sign - use 1 tsp of bleach for each 1 litre of water in spray bottles. Label your spray bottles! - keep a spray bottle at the repackaging station for use on counter tops/ cutting boards Walk in freezers ranged from -15C to -19C Walk in fridge measured at 1C General sanitation of facility good 3rd party pest control does site visits every 2 months or as needed No evidence of pests at time of inspection
