High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 71C at the plate level.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips.
General sanitation is adequate.
General food storage and labelling practice is adequate.
All coolers (and creamers) measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
Foods hot held at 60C or higher.
