Hand washing stations equipped with hot / cold water, paper towels, and liquid soap
- Walk in cooler below 4C during inspection (3.8C)
- Walk in freezer below -18C during inspection (-25.6C)
- Prep cooler 1 at 2.8C (probed guacamole)
- Prep cooler 2 at 2.7C (probed chicken)
- Hot holding was probed at 65.2C (probed chicken soup)
- Drinks / pop cooler was measured at 0.2C during inspection
- Thermometers were present in all coolers & freezers

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink w/ approved sanitizer (QUATS: 400ppm)
- Sanitizer in bucket free of debris & QUATS concentration at 200ppm
- Dry storage in good order & products are 6-inches off the ground
- No sign of pests during inspection & pest control in place
- Overall sanitation & cleanliness adequate

Administrative:
- Operating permit posted conspicuously with an up-to-date decal
- Temperature logs are maintained & up-to-date

* Ensure in operator's absence, staff on duty has a FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent certification
* As per operator last minute staffing change resulted in FoodSafe Level 1 absence
