Note: Pizza prep area is completely sectioned off from the raw meats prep area.

White upright cooler is at 2.3 deg C
Black upright cooler: 3.4 deg C
Prep cooler not in use (not plugged in) as operator has indicated there is not enough business/demand yet, operator has put all pizza toppings inside both of the upright coolers. There is still plenty of space in each cooler.
Freezers at <-18 deg C
General sanitation satisfactory
3 compartment sink is available with bleach on site to sanitize
Bleach spray sanitizer is at 100 ppm chlorine residual
