Observation: Some rat droppings were found in the electrical room. No droppings were found in the kitchen itself, however the electrical room is connected to the kitchen and the door does not completely seal when it's closed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the droppings are removed by tomorrow and that measures are taken to prevent the entry of rodents into the premises. This can include, but is not limited to installing new traps and sealing entry points. If any droppings are noticed in the kitchen, a professional pest control company must be contacted.

-"Getting Rid of Rats and Mice" handout provided and discussed during the inspection.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats solution was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level.
All coolers were < 4 C. (built in prep. cooler not turned on)
All freezers were < -18 C.
Kitchen sanitation was satisfactory.
