Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Dishes are not being sanitized with bleach when cleaning. Dishes require to be sanitized after washing with hot water and soap, to kill germs. Bleach is present.
Corrective Action(s):
Sanitize all dishes and utensils with a bleach and hot water solution (add 1 tbsp. bleach to 4L of hot water). Explained the steps with the operator during the inspection.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers were -18C; thermometers present.
- Dipper well for ice cream scoops was in working order. The water was cold, clean and clear.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- No expired foods for sale or in use.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
