No hot holding available at time of inspection. Most dishes are prepared per order.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection. Back door to the outside was closed.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle at the front bar area.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine. Test strips available to check.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights have covers or sleeves, no food noted in back hallway...etc)
