- Peanut and nut butter production and dry packaging of snacking nuts, grains, beans and lentils for distribution. Distribution is across Canada and outside of Canada.
- Facility is licensed with CFIA under SFCR *See note below

- General production process reviewed with FSQA/R&D Senior Director
- Recall procedures and traceability in place
- Micro testing completed per item per lot

- Handwash stations accessible and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Hairnets and labcoats worn by staff in warehouse/production area

- Warehouse and production areas appear maintained and in sanitary condition
- Food products are stored off of the floor on pallets or shelving
- Walk-in cooler 10C - no perishables products; cold storage for quality of products

- ChloraGel, PowerGel and versagel used for cleaning food contact equipment and Iso alcohol used to sanitize

- Pest control contract in place with service weekly. No signs of infestation noted at time of the inspection.
- Ongoing measures taken to prevent pest entrance including replacement of weather stripping/seals on bay doors
