Dishwasher has been repaired - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer detected after rinse cycle
Test strips have been acquired - ensure daily checks are occurring as dishwasher malfunctions have happened in numerous routine inspections
Monitoring log has been developed and is now in use. As per note above, include your daily dishwasher sanitizer concentration
Notes are now being made (on cardboard coffee cup sleeves) with time hazardous items are getting put out - please update your time when you put out a new batch or new product. Eg. second round of salad coming out mid rush at 12:30 must be discarded at 2:30.
