Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # RPAI-B6ZRTY of Nov-30-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Wiping cloths were observed stored on food preparation surfaces and counter tops. The cloths were dry and were used frequently to wipe food contact surfaces without being sanitized between uses. At one point, the dry sanitizing cloth was rinsed out in the dirty dish water in the two compartment sink. No wiping cloth sanitizer was in use. )
