Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Rice scoop stored in room temperature water
2) Bleach sanitizer measured 0ppm
Corrective Action(s):
1) Store the rice scoop in a clean dry container, then wash the utensils every four hours.
2) Sanitizer must always be present. A bleach solution of 100ppm chlorine was made at the time of inspection.

Observation:
Rodent droppings observed in kitchen area:
- underneath the handsink
- under counter top by the dishwasher
- along the walls
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean droppings as soon as they are discovered with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach in 10 cups water)
- Place foods in pest proof containers
- Contact professional pest control
- Staff stated that landlord is scheduled to come inspect the facility tomorrow to locate potential entry points and seal them

Observation: Chopping block has not been replaced. Operator stated that the new one they had purchased was too big for that area, and was looking for another one. Operator also stated that they have been using the wooden surface along the walls for a cutting surface instead as the wood is sitll sealed.
Corrective Action(s): Remove chopping block and replace it with a new one. Do not continue to use this for any food preparation.
